hi this hopefully is the start of helping others and somewhere for people to go that have come across, live with , care for someone or just want to learn about crps/rsd this is just my own experiance living with crps a small voice in a sea of many 1000s that have this and still a lot of those voices are unheard and are suffering every day

name and shame
i think i have taken a brave pill tonight but its proberly that im in so much pain these days and the people who caused the crps type 2 and now central sensiliation will never have to acknowledge what they have caused or say any kind of sorry . so i have also decided to name and shame the ones who either have caused or have been very unhelpfull but on the upside also the ones that have been fantastic and some have gone the extra mile to try find out things or help to deal with things so over he next few days i am going to write a list and put it up for those to see who want too if it helps someone out there avoid just a bit of the heartache i have been through and get the good guys it will be so worth while
