after not being able to go to physio for a while and know my legs have gone downhill so wont be for a cpl more mounths untill the orthos do there bit.but had a call today to confirm i can stay on my physios list which is so cool oterwize id be starting over again and he knows the history and worked with it for three years so totally relieved.
havent been ablt to get out much at all but its let me catch up on some reading and surfing.wrote a few things for here too amongst doing some art work,
found some intrseting things about taking control of your life and that bieing anxious is not always a bad thing, can be a postitive espec if it is creating motivation and enableing you making decisions in your life rather then health professinals making them and you going along with it.
its lots of ways its naterual to be scared fearfull anxious sometimes angry it wouldnt be normal if you never were but its what you do with them that counts wether you allow emotion to control you so you do ot do anything or wether you use them to make the best choices you can and move forward.
knowing how you react to certain things and behavoiur patterns can also be a big help instead of jumping on the cycle that just keeps going round and round to see the pattern and alter the out come in most cases become a stronger person for it.
