i have found that having strategies can sometimes help over come flares but also stop you trying to be super human on the better days it all may seem like too much work but having them and plan really helps you to stay on track it avoids lots of wasted time if like me at presnat you have more bad days then good days priortize the most important things that need to be done ,(i had to learn he hard way that few dog hairs on the floor wont hurt for a while) (i was a clean freak and couldnt stand anything out of place i would hurt myself to make sure everywhere was spotless) the other thing i found extremly hard was asking for help after bieing so indepenant and people relying on me for help i couldnt ask for help myself .even on the days ii cried with pain i still wouldnt ask i still find this one hard but asking now and then . i have become more organized so im not runing round if i have to do something in a room i make sure everything i need is in that room and if its shopping or outside things i have lists so i dont forget and end up having to do somehing twice.
cpl important things i have did learning the hard way again keeping my mobile in my pocket and a phone upstairs one downstairs also making sure theres no toys lying around and making things clothes ,girly products easily available.
you may find that your bodyand mind adapts i took for granted everything i could do now thee is a lot of things i do just differnt from my friends ie sitting to do the ironing, using long hoses on he hoover so i can sit allowing my body to use use its own mechanics instead of making forced movements wich arnt really naterual movements.
controlling things aroud you ie tempertures of ahouse bills daily tasks can help with less stress comfot and fatigue , pain keeping things simple works well.
