A body needs regular physical activity to stay healthy. But when you are in pain you don’t feel like being active. Like many people you may have started an exercise routine, but like many you did too much on the first day and the day after you felt so much worse that the thought of exercising was more then you can handle.
Unhealthy body composition
Inactivity can lead to increased body fat, in addition to weight gain, a higher proportion of body fat can increase risk o other conditions and diseases, because many activities such as walking are weight bearing ,inactivity can also weaken your bones and can put you at higher risk osteoporosis.
