sorry to all reading that i have not been able to post the last couple weeks due to my own health, im hoping in the near future it wont just be boring old me writing the posts so when my pain is at its highs it is not possible to think straght enough to be able to post that makes sense

hi this hopefully is the start of helping others and somewhere for people to go that have come across, live with , care for someone or just want to learn about crps/rsd this is just my own experiance living with crps a small voice in a sea of many 1000s that have this and still a lot of those voices are unheard and are suffering every day
